The vital feature of all Gretsch resonator guitars is the all-new Gretsch “Ampli-Sonic” diaphragm (resonator cone), which is hand-spun in Eastern Europe from nearly 99 percent pure aluminium and yields an impressive quality and volume of tone. |
This resonator features a nickel-plated Bell Brass body with traditional-style F holes, a maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, and an Ampli-Sonic cone and biscuit bridge.
Its round neck makes it perfect for blues-based music, country blues, or even ragtime blues. |
The Gretsch® Boxcar Round-Neck, a faithful reissue of the 1930s classic, features a mahogany "long-body" design and comfortable soft-"V" neck.
