A great starter-bass, the TRBX174 offers the quality you would expect from a Yamaha bass, with out breaking the bank. It features a laminated exotic wood top – this one is flamed mango -on a solid mahogany body, maple bolt-on neck, rosewood fingerboard, one split single-coil and one straight single-coil pickup with volume controls for each pickup, and master tone control.
